Bangkok Translation Services - Certified Legal & Business Documents

Our translations are certified and bear the signature of an authorized person in our company as well as our company seal. They can be used in most embassies and government agencies. Our translations can also be used in court in Thailand.

In certain instances, certified translations may need to be legalized by the Thai Ministry of Foreign Affairs. This is a service we provide and we can handle the process on your behalf. We recommend that you take advantage of the service as documents submitted for legalization are not systematically accepted the first time they are submitted for a variety of reasons.

Yes, we can do it while you stay comfortably at home. Simply send us your documents and let us take care of this on your behalf. We only require the original of the documents, a signed copy of your passport and a signed power of attorney. 

Our prices depend on the nature of document and the number of words that need to be translated.

On average, our translators can translate 2000 words per day. Most of our orders are processed within 48hrs. If you require a hard copy of the document(s) one additional day will be required to receive your document in your mail in most parts of Thailand.

We always try to speed up the translation process but we may not always be able to do so. If you need a document translated urgently, you will receive a soft copy of the translation by email first (as a pdf document). A hard copy can be sent to your address but the delivery will require an additional 24hrs in most cases. A rush fee will be applied.

We can work with photos or scans of your document(s). Originals are only required if you need the documents to be legalized by the Thai Department of Consular Affairs (MFA).

Yes we can. We regularly translate and certify birth certificates, marriage certificates, death certificates, marriage affidavits (Certificates of No Impediment) as well as university transcripts, diplomas, certificates, licenses and more.

Yes, we can translate your website content but we will require you to provide the content to be translated in a manageable format and/or propose a workflow. All websites are different and there are many ways to implement content and user interface translation.

We always try to maintain the general layout of the documents we translate. We also have a dedicated DTP (Desktop Publishing) department dedicated to the production and adaptation of digital files for multiple languages.

No, your project manager is in charge of the coordination and delivery of your project. All translations are done by our trained translators under the supervision of your project manager.

We accept payments by bank transfers, PayPal and Wise.

Yes, we can handle all types of documents issued by your Civil Registry Office or your embassy. 

Payment should generally be made at the time of confirmation of the order. For jobs beyond 10.000 THB, we accept a 50% payment deposit / 50% payment upon delivery.
