Acceptance depends on each embassy’s requirements. We prepare translations with the required certification and legalization steps. We prepare translations for Bangkok embassies, Thai Immigration, district offices, and courts, and we advise if an authority needs MFA legalization or notarization.
Every certified translation includes our company seal and translator credentials, and is formatted for the destination authority. If you need MFA legalization, we handle that process too.

Certified translation: Includes the translator's signed declaration of accuracy, company seal, and credentials. Prepared for use with many government offices and embassies.
Notarized translation: A certified translation that is also witnessed and stamped by a notary public. It is required for some legal proceedings and embassy instructions. We offer both services — learn more about notarization.
