How Your Certified Translation Is Produced
Submit Your Documents
Upload files through the quote form or email them to us. Clear photos, scans, and PDFs are accepted. We usually send a quote within 2-4 hours during business hours.
Translation by a Suitable Specialist
We assign the work to a translator familiar with the document type. Legal documents go to legal translators; medical records go to medical translators.
Editorial Review
A second translator reviews the translation for accuracy, terminology, names, dates, and formatting. This is standard on every project.
Delivery & Certification
We add our certification statement, company seal, and translator signature. The final document follows the original format as closely as practical. Digital copies are sent by email; hard copies with seals can be picked up in Bangkok or sent by courier in Thailand.

Certified Translation FAQ
- How long does a certified translation take? +
Standard personal documents such as birth certificates, marriage certificates, and IDs usually take 1-2 business days. Legal and business documents usually take 2-5 business days depending on length and complexity. Same-day rush service is available for many documents at rush rates.
- Will my certified translation be accepted by Thai Immigration? +
Our certified translations are prepared for Thai Immigration Bureau at Chaeng Wattana and provincial offices throughout Thailand. We have handled tens of thousands of visa-related documents since 2008.
- Do I need the original document? +
For translation only, no. We can work from clear photos or scans. For official processing, yes. The original document or a certified copy is normally required for legalization.
- Can you translate handwritten documents? +
Handwritten documents can be translated when the handwriting is clear enough to read. We regularly review older Thai documents, handwritten Chinese, and cursive text in several languages. If a section cannot be read, we mark it as "[illegible]" in the translation.
- Do you offer bulk or volume discounts? +
For ongoing work from law firms, HR teams, relocation agencies, and companies, we can offer volume pricing and account handling. Send your usual monthly volume for a custom quote.
- What if I'm not satisfied with the translation? +
We provide free revisions for errors. If a government office rejects a document specifically because of a BTIS translation error, we will revise it at no cost and make the necessary corrections. Any resubmission costs will be discussed with you directly.
