From Document to Delivery in 4 Clear Steps
Send your documents, get a quote during business hours, and choose digital delivery or courier. Standard certificates usually take 24-48 hours. Same-day rush may be available for urgent short documents.
Every Translation Follows the Same Quality Path
The steps are the same whether you send one birth certificate or a 200-page legal contract.
Send Your Documents
Send files by WhatsApp, LINE, email, or our online form. We accept PDFs, Word files, scans, and clear smartphone photos. Please tell us where the translation will be submitted, if you know.
Get Your Quote Within 2 Hours
We check the document type, word count, certification needs, price, and timeline. The quote shows the full cost before you decide whether to proceed.
Translation and Review
A translator suited to the language pair and document type prepares the translation. A second reviewer checks accuracy, terminology, and readability. The project manager does a final check before delivery.
Delivery and Certification
Certification stamp and company seal are added when required. We can send a PDF by email, arrange hard copies by courier, or ship internationally by DHL/FedEx, depending on what your receiving authority accepts.

Common Questions About Our Process
- What's the fastest turnaround available? +
For standard certificates such as birth, marriage, and driver's license translations, same-day delivery may be available within 6 hours. A 30% rush surcharge applies. For multi-page documents, same-day delivery is usually not realistic. We confirm the fastest available timeline when quoting.
- What does "two-person review" actually mean? +
One translator prepares the translation. A second reviewer checks the full document for accuracy, terminology consistency, and readability. The project manager then performs a final delivery check.
- What's the difference between certified and notarized translation? +
Certified translation includes a translator's statement of accuracy with signature and company seal. It is standard with every order and included in the quote. Notarized translation adds verification by a licensed Thai Notarial Services Attorney. Some embassies and foreign institutions require this. Notarization starts at 1,500 THB.
- What if my translation gets rejected? +
If an authority rejects a document specifically because of a BTIS translation error, we correct or re-translate it free of charge. If an authority requests a different format, we will review the requested changes and confirm the next step.
- Do I need hard copies or is digital enough? +
For many purposes, a digital certified PDF is enough. Some institutions require hard copies with original signatures and seals. Tell us where you will submit the translation and we will advise based on that authority's usual requirements.
- How does MFA legalization work? +
When Thai documents will be used abroad, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs may need to authenticate them. We translate the document, arrange notarization if required, and submit it to MFA on your behalf. The service fee is 1,800 THB plus the 200 THB/page government fee. Processing usually takes 3-5 business days. Learn more on our MFA legalization page.
- Can I track my order status? +
We send updates when we receive your documents, start translation, complete review, and prepare delivery. You can also ask for status by WhatsApp, LINE or email. Larger or more complex projects are handled by a project manager.
