Every translation, every time
One price covers the translation, the checking, and the signed certification statement. Nothing on this list is an add-on.
The complete document in English
Printed text, stamps, seals, marginal notes and handwritten entries, all rendered or described.
A signed certification statement
On company letterhead, carrying the translator's name, competence statement, signature and date.
A second check before delivery
Names, dates, page count and seal descriptions verified by a second team member against the passport spelling you supply.
Three details prevent avoidable revisions
- Use a complete, legible scan showing every stamp and handwritten note.
- Tell us the visa or filing type and any deadline.
- Confirm the English spelling of every name exactly as shown in the passport.

What Can Change the Quoted Figure
The rates above cover a clean, single-page record in good condition. Four things commonly move the final number, and we confirm the total before any work starts.
Page count
Rates are per page. A household registration booklet or a court judgment runs to several pages, and each one is charged.
Condition and legibility
Faded photocopies, dense handwriting and older district-office script take longer to read accurately, and that is reflected in the quote.
Deadline
Same-day and out-of-hours work carries a surcharge. Ordinary lead times do not.
Physical delivery
Digital delivery is included. Hard copies are free to collect at either office; courier delivery is charged at cost.
Send the scan. We'll confirm the exact price.
Include the visa or USCIS filing type, your deadline and the passport spelling of each name. Most quotes are confirmed during business hours.
